Our website is designed as a tool for those interested in the native wildflowers of Florida, and those who wish to become more involved in its mission. The Florida Wildflower C-op is concerned about your Internet privacy and is committed to honoring your privacy preferences. We recognize that visitors to our site may be concerned about the information they provide to us and how the Florida Wildflower Co-op treats that information.

We use this information to generate statistics and measure site activity to improve the usefulness of the site to our visitors. The Florida Wildflower Co-op does not sell or otherwise disclose such user information outside the organization.

Finally, you may decide to send the Co-op personally identifying information, for example, in a message containing information, requests for information, or suggestions for the content of our website. We will only use this information to identify you and to determine how to respond to the electronic mail. We will not use this information for any purpose other than to resolve the matter identified in the email.

The Florida Wildflower Co-op respects the privacy of our purchasers. We are committed to safeguarding all personal information, electronically, paper-based or in other forms. This includes financial transactions, letters or any other information obtained when you make a donation or submit a request to us.
We collect and use information, such as name, address, phone number and email address, which you voluntarily provide. We keep a record of your information and giving history in a secure database and use this information to complete transactions and communicate back to you.
Credit card processing is performed by PayPal using secure encrypted connections. Credit card numbers are used only for donation or payment processing and are not retained by the Co-op.
All purchaser information is maintained in a secure database accessed only by our staff and appointed contractors. We may, at times, disclose your information to third parties, including advisors, accountants and attorneys who perform services for us and who are required to protect your personal information. Your information also could be shared in connection with a merger, acquisition activity or reorganization of the Florida Wildflower Co-op. It may also be divulged as required by law as part of a legal process.
Contact information gathered by our forms is used to send information about your purchase to you. We do not exchange, share, rent or sell customer information. However, the Co-op may share your information with third parties to complete your request to access a project, product, or service. Finally, we must share information with authorities in response to a legal order or official request, or when we believe you have acted in violation of our Terms of Use.
